POLICIES & RULES

Enrollment at 360 Dance Studio means dancers and their parent/guardian agree to follow these policies. Please refer to the 360 Dance Studio Handbook for additional information.

  • $55 registration fee is due at enrollment.

  • Tuition is paid monthly according to the studio payment schedule.

  • A $25 late fee applies to overdue tuition.

  • Participation in the annual recital is mandatory for dancers enrolled in recital classes. Required rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and performance commitments are also mandatory.

  • The standard recital costume fee is $65 per costume, unless a specialty costume is required.

  • Costume payments may become non-refundable once costumes are ordered.

  • A one-month written notice is required to withdraw.

  • Tuition remains due during the notice period.

  • Parents and guardians are not permitted inside dance rooms during class.Parents may enter a dance room only during an emergency or when directed by 360 Dance Studio staff.

  • Consistent attendance is essential to dancer development. Students should arrive on time, prepared, and ready to participate.

  • Dancers must follow the 360 Dance Studio Dress Code for their class, including required attire, footwear, hair, and accessories.

  • Only water is permitted inside dance rooms. Food, gum, candy, sports drinks, and other beverages must remain outside.

  • Dancers should notify their instructor of any injury or physical limitation that may affect safe participation.

  • 360 Dance Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Please leave valuables at home and label personal items.

  • Students should arrive no earlier than necessary and must be picked up promptly after class. Families are responsible for safe transportation arrangements.

  • Families are responsible for keeping contact information current and checking studio communications regularly.

  • In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, 360 Dance Studio may close or cancel classes. The studio does not automatically follow local school cancellations. Families should wait for direct communication from 360 Dance Studio.

  • Dancers are expected to:

  • Treat teachers, staff, dancers, and families with respect.

  • Follow directions and studio rules.

  • Use appropriate language and behavior.

  • Respect studio property and personal belongings.

  • Refrain from bullying, teasing, exclusion, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and be ready to participate.

  • Phones, Apple Watches, and other electronic devices must be put away during class unless permitted by staff.

  • Serious or repeated behavioral issues may result in removal from class or dismissal from the studio.
